Frugal Boy was starting to look a bit like Frugal Girl so I finally bit the bullet and got out the electric razor and necessary attachment. I knew Shae was against the idea, but those long locks had to go.
I set the trimmer to 9, the longest length and got to work. Frugal Boy was his usual wiggly self and wanted to see what was happening and what was making the weird noise.
A nine still looked long to me so I adjusted it down to a 6 and did another pass. Shae also took a turn.
Here is the end result.
Here is a video of the process.
If you have children when was the first time you had their hair cut? Did you do it yourself or have someone else do it? Did they cry?
ps. FB cried.

I don’t remember! Good thing you have it documented. And keep the scissors put away, most kids seem to like to try to cut their own hair sometime between 2 and 4 years.

his haircut looks great, by the way!
