If your dishwasher is leaking from the bottom of the front door or from both or either corners of the door, keep reading. There is a simple and cheap fix that will save you an expensive service call.

The issue affects Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Kenmore dishwashers.
Thankfully, the fix is very simple. Purchase and install the Splash Guard Kit. #154701001
The two plastic ‘shields’ help deflect water from each corner.
It is a little hard to see, but here is one installed. It simply tucks in behind the black door gasket.
No more leaks! Over time, the shields may break, especially if they in the way of the bottom tub wheels. Simply replace as needed.
